6) Communication with the ETRM

6.1 Why are my ETRM Messages picked up by the EFET Box+ but not processed and not shown in the search results of the EFET Box+?

Maybe the EFET Box+ is not registered at the Messenger. Please check in the Adapter Monitor of the Messenger if the EFET Box adapter is shown in the list. If the adapter is missing please check Question 5.1.
